I have used Eurasian (John and David) for all our family cars since a neighbor recommended them. They are honest, fair and friendly. No extra or hidden costs and they explain all the options. We have a Mercedes, & every time we take it to the Mercedes dealership, the bill is beyond this universe! But here, it's like a fraction of what it normally costs us. Both John & David has been more than helpful and very pleasant to do business with. Unlike dealerships, they don't pressure you into getting it done now. They take the time needed to make sure that everything is done right. They also check the minor issues with no fuss. We've never had a problem with them. These guys are fantastic. My mom has been taking her cars there for years, and now my wife and I use them exclusively. They always explain the problems without being pushy about things that aren't urgent. My mother in law recently took her old volvo in because it wasn't starting. They thought it was a starter coil but didn't have one in stock, so one of the guys there actually went and took the coil off his old volvo in the parking lot to confirm that that was the problem before they ordered the part. We use them for all the work on all our cars. They even checked out our old El Camino before we sold it. I don't know how they respond when they screw something up because they've never screwed anything up for us. I'd recommend them for anything.
